What happens if a tenant moves out?

If a tenant moves out, 5 Points will find you a replacement tenant. In the rare occurrence this happens during the first 5 months of tenancy, 5 Points will ensure tenants are replaced at no cost (leasing fee) to you.

How much money do I need to move in to one of your properties?

Move in amounts and security deposits can vary from property to property and based on the strength of a tenant’s rental application. View available rental homes in several locations throughout Cleveland and contact us with the one you are most interested in.

 

Are there any application fees?

Application fees for new 5 Points tenants are $35 per tenant ages 18+.

 

Does 5 Points perform credit and background checks?

5 Points Property Management does perform credit and background checks on all prospective tenants. This does not mean that previous credit issues will prevent you from renting from one of our homes.

 

What if I don’t have great credit?

That’s okay. We understand that the last decade has been a rough one financially for many individuals looking to rent homes in Northern Ohio. We understand that often credit blemishes may be erroneously reported to the credit bureaus and review ever application on a case by case basis, on its own merit.

 

Can I still rent one of your Ohio homes if I’ve had a bankruptcy or foreclosure?

A previous foreclosure or bankruptcy does not automatically exclude renters from renting an OH home from us.

 

How long are your leases?

Lease terms are normally for 1 year. Whether you are looking for a shorter term lease or a longer one take a look at the Cleveland homes for rent we have listed right now or contact us right away with your needs.

 

How long does 5 Points tenant application process take?

Once 5 Points has received a complete tenant application the normal time frame for approval is within three days depending on volume.

Do you have any other homes to rent in Ohio which aren’t listed here?

The Cleveland rental market moves very quickly. 5 Points and its property owners are constantly acquiring new rental homes throughout the area.
